From our new miniature collection. This is a carving of a shell, gilded in Platinum leaf. Intricately carved onto blue lias limestone.
Sea shells is one of the Feng Shui items that is considered to be really lucky. People either collect them from seashores or buy from souvenirs. Conch shells or cowrie shells have a special meaning in Feng Shui and they are said to enhance the travel luck and also to strengthen long distance relationship.
The size of this carving is approx. L7x W5 x H8 cm
The stone is delivered in a linen or raffia drawstring bag and each carving is accompanied with a certificate of authentication signed by the Carver and Gilders (where appropriate). Each certificate is dated with its year of creation which is important for collectors.
This is able to be used as indoor and outdoor decor!
