Four hand carved starfish on welsh blue lias limestone. Made so it’s a standing piece, two are gilded in 23.5ct gold leaf and the other two in platinum leaf.
The Starfish has a number of meanings, and people always find them fascinating.
The star as well as the starfish are seen as celestial symbols. They represent infinite divine love. In addition to love, the starfish also holds characteristics such as guidance, vigilance, inspiration, brilliance, and intuition.
The size of this carving is approx. L23 x W20 x H23 cm
The stone is delivered in a linen or raffia drawstring bag and each carving is accompanied with a certificate of authentication signed by the Carver and Gilders (where appropriate). Each certificate is dated with its year of creation which is important for collectors.
This is able to be used as indoor and outdoor decor!
